The advanced packaging research center offers technical and cross domain integrated research, knowledge exchange and sharing, technology and patent distribution, educational training, seminars and comprehensive study camps, packaging correlative certificates, and cooperation with the industry and government research organization. It is hoped that the company and government's research and development organization can positively participate in the plan and become the strategic partner of the center. The cooperation member can be an effective contact at the international level by way of the center’s research and development organization, and internationally renowned scholars.
